Touch application to LCD panels which includes Way Finder, Google maps locations to near by places, Weather display, News Bar and advertisement display

There are two towers and one Lobby [World Trade Center - Colombo >>> West Tower (W), Lobby (L), East Tower (E) ] in Sri Lanka which is similar to WTC in USA. In W and E each have 38 floors. I need a to develop an application to be used in Large LED screens which includes 1. Display current weather in Colombo city in Sri Lanka (Temperature, Humidity, Partially cloudy, sunny etc. ) <In top right hand side of the screen> 2. Way Finder (When you click on the image of a tower it shows an image of the 38 floors and then you click on a floor, it should show the list of companies that consists in the relevant floor.) 3. Google Maps (Show paths to pre-selected, near by locations (Hotels, Restaurants, Government offices, Shopping Malls etc. using google maps) 4. User Feedback (A GUI to enter user feedback, inquires etc) 5. News Bar : (Used to show current news,) [In the Bottom of the screen.] 6. Information Bar [In the Bottom of the screen just above the News Bar] When the screen is idle it should run pre-scheduled customer advertisements. This should be more interactive and nice animations and graphics should be there.
