Hi I am looking to design a flyer targeted at home owners wanting to sell their property. I have a home staging/property styling business where I decorate properties to sell more quickly and for top dollar. At the same time as promoting on the flyer I want to educate home sellers on what 'home staging' is as many people don't have any idea especially where I live. The flyer must have space for 3 sets of before and after photos or rooms, these will be my main selling points for people to see the transformations (I only have 2 sets at the moment, I am working on some more photos currently). I do have some content that I have put together, but maybe it needs some editing as well, does that mean I need to hire someone to write for me? I'm not sure.... I will attach a front and back of a brochure that I like, but I obviously don't want it exactly the same. This is the first project I have posted ever, so please let me know if there are any more questions. Thankyou, Shelley.
