Graphic artist writer needed at $5/tutorial URGENT!

I need a graphic artist writer who can do tutorials for my website. I have had a bad experience with my previous writer who just copied work from others. Requirements: 1.) Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other graphic softwares is must 2.) Excellent writing skills with fluent English grammar 3.) Can write How-to articles on graphic designing 4.) Must be able to produce 1 article a day with complete step by step procedure. 5.) You can re-write others work BUT do not copy word for word!! I will end contact if I see you did this. 6.) Use different image for the tutorial (original image that you will work on) 7.) Send me work on the THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGN PROJECT so if you are thinking that I am in need of an excellent graphic artist who wants to be paid for the graphic NOT the tutorial then do not apply. I will be checking every work you submitted for copyright and plagiarism. I am willing to pay $4-5 for each tutorial. And if you are consistent with your work in sending me ORIGINAL tutorials then I can increase your pay to $6-7. This is an hourly job. 5 tutorials (2 hours of work each) in a week that is equal to 10 hours of work so BID only $2.5/hour.
