Avatar design

We would like some cartoons/avatars designed to symbolise/represent both us and our target audience (25 to 50 age group). We have attached photos of us. One blonde and one brunette. We are two female online bingo site owners. Designs must be feminine, very eye catching, classy, inviting, warm, and fun. Full body cartoons, one wearing a dress and one in a skirt and blouse. Semi conserrvative, business/casual style dress, but still shows a fun side.
