20214 Recreate Cartoon Character

Greetings, We have a drawing of a new cartoon characcter that needs to be modified and recreated in Illustrator as vector art. The image was created some time ago as a simple drawing and needs to be brought into the digital realm. The character's name is FATMAN and the premise behind his image is he is a large dude with food for weapons. He needs to be made to look a bit fatter than he does in the attachment, and the shoes need to be less exhagerrated. Please bid soon, as we are looking to have this done immediately.
