This is a very simple project for someone who knows how to create Google Chrome Plugins Purpose: A plugin to predict what the future BSR (Best Seller Rank) will be for a book. Scope: Plugin should work when user is browsing eBay or Amazon Requirements: 1) User lands on page with book 13 digit ISBN 2) Plugin Captures 13 Digit ISBN 3) Use 13 digit ISBN to look up data in an API (which I will provide to winning bidder) displays the following info in a display box at the top of the page: a) Current BSR (BSR) b) 30 Day Average Rank (BSR_AVG) c) Summer Textbook Season BSR (BSR_S) d) Winter Textbook Season BSR (BSR_W) e) Trend (Up/Down) (Please see attached image with example data) To calculate Trend (which is "e" above): IF date = Jan – June Subtract BSR_AVG from Summer_Average_BSR IF Negative Trend = Up IF Positive Trend = Down IF date = July – December Subtract BSR_AVG from Winter_Average_BSR IF Negative Trend = Up IF Positive Trend = Down Again please see attached image for example.
