map location in Google Earth

I have an excel sheet with 250 branch locations. I have GPS co ordinates for them. I need them mapped in a Google earth KMZ file with a 5km radius outline from the location. If it overlaps another radius, then the colours must be different. With the locations, there are 2 references which must be included in the description/name of the location Below is an example of the excel sheet. CR OBFN "La:29 06 56 - Lo:26 13 11" BLOEMFONTEIN NBFTXC02 Intra-city I'll send the excel file upon acceptance.
