I am looking for a talented flash programmer to provide a flash application with the following functionality. 1. Ability to encode user video files using mencoder into .flv format and upload. During this process, the user will be able to specify the title of the video, description, tags and which categories the video will be placed into. 2. Ability to specify images for upload to the image galleries. The user will be able to specify the title of the image, description, tags and which categories the image will be placed into. Also, the ability to rotate the image will be needed. On completion we will need the source fla files. Please provide suitable references and samples of previous work. This is the first in a wide number of apps I will be asking for in the near future. If the budget is insufficient, let me know in your PM.
