swf banner creation - ASAP

Hi there, I need a banner just like this - [login to view URL] - except it needs to be in swf format and have a couple of slight modifications. On first load I would like the swf to pull a static jpg file (this file will differ from time to time) and then once a user clicks it to then start animating (just like if you press a play button and a loading circle starts rotating round). When the user clicks it for the second time I would like the page to then redirect to a different url. Please include the words "I'm real" in your bid so that I know you can speak english and are not just a bot etc...
