simple 3 to 4 page food company website + logo

I am looking for a CREATIVE to design a simple 3-5 page website. The site will consist of a front page with relevant company details and operations. With 1 or 2 pages incorporating the company's menu. The menu page will be in 2 different designs consisting of exactly the same "body" text so that the customer can choose by whim which page to look at. An online ordering service should be included in the design with a which I can hook up my own freeware invoice creating software. The menus will be updated weekly - the pages should be easily changeable by me (I am proficient!) So a simple strategy should be implemented which would also be reflected in the ordering system. This is a simple project for the right person, I need someone who has a flare for design not a bricks and mortar web builder. It can be produced in flash, basic HTML or otherwise. I have definite design ideas that I will discuss with the winning bidder. A logo design would be excellent too for which I have examples to inspire.
