immediate website help needed

I have a very simple project but I need to get it completed today. I have a flash intro that is already created and I need to add it to my website using Macromedia 8 files. I am not proficient in Macromedia so I just want to send the files to you and have you attach it properly and make the small changes I need and send back to me. I also need to put a banner up on MySpace and I dont know the correct html for the links I included so I need some help with that. Looking to get this done ASAP. I posted this project yesterday but the provider I chose ended up having to work on another project first and couldn't start helping me yet.
