Rquire a professional designer to design 2 home page templates for two websites (i.e total of 4 templates). Template Particulars: 1. Both websites will have flash (and you will be required to produce the flash) 2. All templates will need to be uploaded so HTML format will be required. If we do not like the two templates that you produce per website, you will be given feedback and asked to produce more (max 2). Once a template has been chosen per website, we will require you to design further template pages. The aim is that the coders will receive a complete set of HTML files. PLEASE NOTE: 1. You are bidding for DESIGNING the entire website not coding 2. Please submit 3 chic, classy websites you have designed in PMB 3. No generic timewasters who do all 'web services'- we require a real professional. NO OUTSOURCING COMPANIES!
