54817 Color change on flash template

Hello, I found the following template which I want to buy: [login to view URL] But my company's colors are rather light-blue and silver. You can find our logo attached. I found a color I like and it's HEX is 3F89C3 (it's from [login to view URL]) and I would like it to be the base color for the flash template. So I need somone to change the color scheme of the flash template from green to light-blue. Also I need the "Contact Us" form to be working, and finally I want everywhere, where a "More information" link exists, I would rather like a text box, with up/down scroll buttons so I can put a little bit more text. P.S. Our company is a small Internet Service Provider. I would also like to see a porfolio of the bidders. Thanks
