I have enrolled to teach in an online tutorial. Payment method is ONLY Paypal. You cannot receive payment in another method. I have a paypal account in my country, but restricted to only paying out. Paypal donot allow receiving payment in my country. I need to have an offshore domiciled paypal account in my name. Can anybody advise? Will I need to have an offshore bank account too to get it verified? I need people with experience who can help me get this through. How much will this cost?
