Facebook Business account

I have registered on facebook for having my business account there, but I can not get access to apps and I am not sure if the business account is set correctly (or it, by some reason sets as personal). I need somebody to recheck it and if it set up wrong, I need to be corrected. to clarify it: I need it to be business account for company website. 1. You will have to set me access to apps, 2. get meFacebook App ID 3. show me where can I get Facebook Secret Key. 4. create facebook application for component. this is just 30 min job for somebody who did it many times before. if you did not do it before, do not bid. If you bid, provide me a link to your business page at facebook as confirmation that you did it before and know what you are doing.
