Adult Onesie and Pajama Design Tech-Pack

In this project, I'm looking for an experienced fashion designer to create a comprehensive tech pack for adult onesies and pajamas. Key elements to be included: - Detailed sketches of the completed designs based on initial outlines. One size fits all adult, animal themed baggy fit natural wool or other fleece, multi colored onesie with animal-themed hood and button up centerline and rear, with a second elemnt, asingle Large/Extra Large sizing for an animal print or patterned full body pajama, with button up midsections intended to be worn under the complimentary-themed outter onesie. - Material specifications including advising on fabric types for optimal comfort. Inner pajama onesie should be all natural fabric, depending on your advised balance of sustainability, wearability, and washability. materials previously evaluated include tencel/LyoCell w/ merino and other merino blends because of wools characteristics. onesie should be a fleeced or pleadingly textured wool or other natural fabric sufficiently durable for active cold weather use while sufficiently comfortable for skin on skin wear. - Manufacturing and finishing considerations to ensure the best fit and highest quality, along with secondary pajama sizings for future initial contract runs. -additional dialog on interchangable hoods and methods for designing The ideal candidate would have previous experience in designing sleepwear or similar clothing articles for adults. A deep understanding of tech pack preparation is a must as well. Any additional suggestions or insights based on your industry knowledge will be much appreciated, as I may not be aware of all necessary elements for an efficient tech pack designed to take a one size fits all adult product to an initial manufacturing run. As a designer, your creativity, keen eye for detail, and your ability to translate ideas into technical language for manufacturing will be vital for this project, as well as allocating billable time to helping me learn what I don't know about this process, and the materials in question.
