Number table automation - open to bidding

I have a list of downloaded lottery numbers. New groups of numbers are added after every draw. I group these numbers in certain ways and analyse them, in order to predict next draw. I do this manually, based on my criteria. I want to automate the whole process. Process includes grouping of numbers, coloring cells according to groups, etc etc. Program should be able to offer the user options of what to analyse. This will have to be copyrighted to me. Can you do? I need to know pricing for this and estimated time to complete, once I give the specs.
