I need help converting the attached pdf to Excel. It was produced by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) program and consists of all Assisted Living Facilities located in the state of Texas. The conversion needs to have all information for each facility formatted on one row. Ironically, I noticed this exact project posted as an example when I initially looked at freelancer several months ago. I need the same project completed with the exception of SPSS requirement. It will be used in EXCEL only. If there is a way to benefit from the previous project, that would be great. I can’t locate the example previously posted to reference from. Maybe it can be internally. Thanks!.
