I would like to outsource the direct mailing component of my company's marketing plan. Currently we are sending approximately 800 letters per month, primarily within the greater Portland, OR area. This number may expand to as many as 1500/month. The letters are very basic, one-sheet, one-sided, formatted to print and folded into a window envelope. I need someone capable of printing that type of volume, folding and sending the letters (postage and materials should be included in your quote). I am open to using regular envelopes if you can efficiently use a printer or labeler for the addresses instead of using windowed envelopes. The envelopes will also need to be branded with a small logo, so you will either need to be able to print the logo, or we can specially order stationary. Let me know if you have any questions!
