Telecaller for IT Solutions and Services for the B2B clients in US and Europe

Capable and Desiring employees will Identify opportunities, produce leads & book appointments for the IT Solutions and Services for the B2B clients in US and Europe. Responsibilities and Duties:- 1. Gathering market and customer information. 2. Lead Generation & Management. 3. Cold call people using scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits 4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements 5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs 6. Connecting potential customers via Team Viewer/Skype for product demonstrations. 7. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information Skills Required:- 1. Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role 2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone 3. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints 4. Persistent and results-oriented 5. Patient and able to handle customer rejection 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills 7. Proficient in English
