Hey there,
I'm Kelly Cole, and I'd love to help your zoom call. I am a native American English speaking woman with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education Dual Licensed in English As a New Language. I have 5 full time years of in-person teaching experience. I specialize in English literacy and writing.
I'm a great fit because I have a 4 year degree in teaching English as a New Language. I have done hundreds of zoom meetings for an online teaching position. I also attached an example (below) of a paper I have written on English Language Acquisition to show you my expertise in English. If you go to my portfolio you can view more examples of my skill set.
I'm ready to start help you in any way with your meeting!
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Kelly Cole
Work Example:
Oral language is primarily used in the classroom as a gauge to assess what English Proficiency Level a child qualifies for. This is not only an important assessment tool for new immigrants, but also for students who have lived in the U.S. for a while but have for some reason gone down in their proficiency level. This can happen during summer vacation, visiting their home country, or many other reasons. It is important to keep track of oral language levels in order to best help the student according to their specific needs.
