Wordpress editing 2

1. Delete the entire top row of page links at the very top of the page. The only page links I want are down the left hand side. And please make sure they are all working. 2. Please delete the table on the right hand side, with the subtables of blogroll and categories. I want to delete the content but in its place put a form with a newsletter signup. 3. Go to mailchimp, create a free new account, and put the form on the home page, and also on the page link "newsletter", also I would like to put a video blog in place here using youtube as the platform. 4. In the middle of the homepage there is a table. I want to move away from the blog theme, so can you delete all that so I can just have content there. 5. For the page links locations. I would like to use google maps plugins. I will forward addresses after acceptance. 6. For the Labels page, I just need a page inside the theme that allows for about 10 images so we can put the lables symbols in there. 7. On the homepage I need in the top right hand corner, where it says [login to view URL] I would like to change that to a custom design logo that I will send you after acceptance.
