bios update to sony vaio

I accidently installed wrong bios to my sony. It boots but it complains about non ACPI. Windows doesnt boot Windows setup cannot run (it says about non ACPI hardware) Dos mode bios flasher (flashit) cannot work (cause of a FADT Error). My only solution is bios recovery using USB. My sony vaio model is VGN-CS11S Anyone tells me 1) the correct filename I need to put to the USB ([login to view URL] etc) 2) the correct key combination (fn + esc, fn + b.. etc) to power on computer OR anyone will help me to restore bios to the correct one, I will pay and rate you with 10!
