Email-only address list of Chiropractors in USA-re-submitted project

I am looking for a current list of email addresses for chiropractors in the USA. This must be provided in .csv or other format that easily can copy and paste groups of addresses into the Bcc line of an email address box. This must open and interact with Mac OSX (MS Word or Excel for Mac is fine). This list of true email addresses (not website addresses or land addresses) should total approximately 60,000 addresses or more. This is a re-submit of a job posted a few weeks ago. I encourage the bidders who have a list already prepared, if it meets truly meets these requirements, to re-bid. Thank you.
