Smart Online Mini UPS

We are an IT company having office in china and we have been doing some small scale projects in the past as well mostly related to Power Electronics. We require a designer that has good insight and knowledge on Power electronics with micro controllers and has the ability to completely design full functional project with hardware and software as and when required. Also holding the ability of choosing the right components to make it economic friendly with volume production of industrial standards. I want to design a Smart Mini UPS for which details are as below; • Switching power supply AC input voltage: 100-260V • Switching power supply DC output voltage: 4.15-12V • Charging current: Maximum 5000mA • USB output voltage: 5.0V-5.2V • USB output current: 2100 mA • DC socket output voltage: 5V /7.5V/9V/12V • DC socket output voltage/current of 5V/2100 mA • DC socket output voltage/current of 7.5V/9V/12V/2100 mA • Overcharge protection voltage: YES • Over discharge protection voltage: YES • Discharge conversion efficiency higher than 95% to 85% for 2.1A In addition i want to add a mini access point router in this device so this device will have an add-on module so when required we can add this feature on the hardware and make it a Mini UPS with AP Router. The device should be smart enough to share the health status of the device over different mode of communication for monitoring purpose as below; a) Ethernet b) Wifi c) GSM Health status monitoring as below; 1) AC Input : ON/OFF 2) DC OUTPUT : ON/OFF 3) AC Input Voltage / Current Value 4) DC Output Voltage / Current value 5) Charging Battery Status and health of the battery 6) Temperature of the UPS And whatever possible heath monitoring can be available to the device. We need highly efficient device with high charging speed for the backup battery and very low loss on discharge. I want the device to have a single touch operation and the device should be able to have a physical representation of all the inputs , outputs and health status on the device itself as well. Above are the details that i plan to have in my device. Any suggestions and ideas are welcome.
