Document Verification required from (RDD Campbell and associates) and Port Alfred Hospital in south Africa.

The task is to visit two locations (RDD Campbell and associates) and Port Alfred Hospital. 1- Verify two Certificates and get two forms filled, sign and stamped by them. 2- 4 to 5 geotagged photos are required with name board visible of each place. 3- In case of refusal take the written refusal with stamp with details of the person who refused to fill the form name, designation, phone number and email. If above mentioned requirements are fulfilled than task will be completed.
