Cleanup and document existing project

My freelancer who just delivered on a few milestones of an existing project has vanished. This is django based project with tenants, docx parsing and storage of digitized data. While delivering the last milestone, we broke a few functionalities but since I was adding to the project, I did not mind signing off on the previous work. Now it has come to bite me. Here's what we need: Scope: - Review existing site code and document structure of directories, configuration - document what is needed to add new tenants for the existing tenancy model. - fix file upload feature (that was working before but broke on last edits by previous developer) Upon satisfactory completion of this work, we will link to another project that is posted and builds on additional features.
