I may be a good candidate for this. I have some Django/mysql/postgresql experience, strong linux, python, and ansible experience. As a bonus, I am very familiar with the Ansible Tower (and especially ansible) product as I use it professionally daily. Ultimately price and time line will be very dependent on the features requested.
