Dear Nicks, Work that you want is very simple. I can do that. But for a better solution , I wana to suggest you that through Vb solution you can get a better work with great accuracy , more options, easy searching, no calculation. I can give you a better solution in Visual basic + Access/ Excel. This will work simply and export reports in excel format as you need. Thanks . Waiting for you reply
