Typing from handwritten pages

I have a total of approximately 340 handwritten pages which I need to have accurately typed into a Word doc. They are in English. Please reply to this posting with a cost estimate as well as your turnaround time to finish the project. Also include in your reply a typed sample page from "Sample 001.jpg". I have 105 pages like "Sample 001" which is a hardcover journal 7x9 inches. I have 120 pages like "Sample 002" which is a hardcover journal 7x9 inches. I have approx 110 pages like "Sample 003" which are looseleaf pages in a binder, 8.5x11 inches. The handwriting is fairly representative, some neater, some messier than the samples. Thanks, chad.
