Data entry, answering incoming calls, researching, faxing, and filing. Everything is done online. Knowledge of the internet will be tested. One-On-One training provided. Job Tasks: Prepare clients portfolio (Data Entry) - We will send 15-20 different reports daily via pdf format that contains information such as contact information and consumers opinions. Assistants much convert this information into a Microsoft Excel format. Answer Incoming Calls - From time to time we will route certain calls to assistants' phone to take messages from clients. This may be once or twice a week. Preferably on weekends and holidays that falls under a working day. E-Faxing - We will require each assistant to have knowledge in using the online fax portal. Some clients send messages through efax. Assistants must forward all fax by email messages. Filing - Filing is as simple as organizing all online messages via fax or phone. Budget for project is $210/month with a $40 bonus based on performance and communication.
