Copying data from Excel into a website

Very simple but tedious job. Have about 800-900 entries in an Excel spreadsheet. I need to manually copy each entry into a website form. It should take about 10 seconds to copy and paste each entry, so I estimate that the job will take 3-4 hours, depending how fast you are at copying and pasting. Would like this done in the next 12 hours. Budget is actually below $30, so please let me know in your bid what you are bidding.
