Hi, I have read over your requirements for your project. I understand the goal of the project; to pull several random seat options for a user and let them select the one they like best. We will have no problem with the development of this app, the only portion we can guarantee 100% functionality on is the captcha. We can use ocr to try to bypass, however with our experience it usually takes a few attempts before the ocr is able to pass the check. Of course this can be done in the background or we can try with several pages and show successful attempts. This would be a fun project to work on, and I would be happy to give any helpful input to the design/development. We are looking at about 21 days to complete the project. Our company is located in Phoenix, AZ and has been in business for over 12 years. We have a small team of highly skilled developers and designers. We are fairly new to Freelancer.com however we have used vworker for years, so we have placed a lower bid that we normally would to build our perfect reputation here.
