Demographic and Area Research 2

We are seeking an individual to perform market research on residential suburbs in and around all major CBD's, that will form the basis of a full report about the suburb and its surrounding area. The researcher will need to provide information on the following: - Demographics incl. population, occupancy type, profession etc. figures that are curren and forecasted - Property market i.e. median prices, growth etc. - Location incl. transport, infrastructure Must be able to commence immediately with potential of volume work for the right person. Preferably English as a first language.
