Screenwriting, Scriptwriting (Story Board) and Voice for a Product Video

We need for a product demonstration in flash a scriptwriting, screenwrtiting (story board) for a 3 minute Flash Product Video. The product we sell is a software solution for room management, scheduling meeting rooms, the flash animation will be done by another freelancer. To start we need the the script, and secondly we would also need the voice recording in (Audio) in native english from the script you have written. Duration about 3 minutes, will send details after the project is awarded.
