Brochure/flyer copy writing and layout

We have 4 single page brochures which share a similar template. We are looking to have the copy edited and improved. Our goal is to make the brochures more customer friendly and marketable. The current template was designed in Publisher. We feel that a more professional presentation is needed and some type of distinguishing differences need to be incorporated for each. They all need to fit the overall look and feel of the company. (We have a brochure which was professionally designed for us: <[login to view URL]>) These brochures will be made available to our affiliates and having the capability of modifying the web URL and phone number in the contact information would be a plus. Research may be required to get a better understanding of the services we are trying to sell. We will provide websites, competitive brochures and source material for you to read through. Appropriate bullet points and headings used should entice prospective clients to try our services. If we are happy with the work there will be a steady stream of copy writing/ghost writing work to write: Press Releases, brochures, website content, White Papers, forum and blog articles, newsletter articles and content and e-books. ## Deliverables Completed and accepted work should be provided in various file formats which should include a low-res PDF file for use on our website, high res- PDF with crop marks for use with our printers, high-res PDF without cropmarks for use with a color laser printer and whatever standard app is used to design the docs (Illustrator, Corel, etc.) It would also be great if the files could be provided in Microsoft Publisher format, but not absolutely necessary. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Bruchures/flyers should be in standard Desktop application formats and PDF formats per above deliverables
