Landlord Gurus ([login to view URL]) is a website that is aimed at small ("mom and pop") landlords and rental owners. We provide expertise on the issues that landlords often face and generally produce 2-4 posts/month on a broad range of topics including, but not limited to: rent collection, tenant screening, landlord software, advertising, leases, taxes, and more. We are looking for a freelance content manager/editor/publisher.
We are looking for someone to: submit project requests to freelance writers (we currently work with a few, but are always looking for others), manage the writing/publishing schedule, review/proofread submissions while preserving our tone/voice/and goals, upload and edit final content on our wordpress site, and ultimately publish the content.
We would provide content topics, keyword analysis, initial research and possible outline/structure.
This person would also update older content with links to the new posts, as necessary.
We use Wordpress for publishing and Yoast for SEO and readability. Familiarity with SEO best practices and Wordpress experience is preferred. We could potential use the right person for multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
