Cisco Jabber - pass incoming / outgoing number to DLL

I'd like to automate some telephony tasks. To do so, I would need to jump from Cisco Jabber to a self-programmed DLL, where the incoming or dialed phone number is to be transferred. I don't know the possibilities of Jabber in detail, we are currently using version 12.7.0.38632 Build 288632, please contact us for details about the implementation
