I need an application where someone can register a physical address + GPS coordinates on a MVC 5 website. From the Mobile App (Developed in C# with Xamarin) The user should be able to register using their physical address and GPS coordinates. Once the application is registered there is another application which is the managing application which will be allowed to send push messages to the clients (other users) and the users can send and alert to managing system.
