Make a TCP listener for Thuraya T2M device

Hello, my proposal is to implement the listener on C# (.NET). What data do you expect to be parsed and stored in the mysql database. Do you have documentation of the Thuraya's communication protocol. Their protocol is proprietary and I know how to decode two of their messages: EVENT message (containing location, key/ignition information) and PERIODIC_REPORT (containing only location information). Will this data be enough for you? Do I assume correctly that the configuration of the T2M device will be done separately not through this app. Lets discuss further in the chat.
