Desktop sharing

need a desktop sharing solution that will run on a microsoft platform where the server can reside on our own private network. Anticipated # of concurrent users expected to be < 5. The solution requires a C++ and/or .NET API that can be used to integrate the desktop sharing feature with our own in-house developer windows desktop based client app. There is no direct IP to IP connection between users -- all communication is to be via a server based solution.
