I need TSAPI wrapper class(es) for C# to control TSAPI events and functions in .NET Desktop applications. TSAPI# mojo found on the web does the most of the job, yet the agent state change (with reason codes), query agent state, callinfo query, UCID query, call VDN info functions are not implemented or incomplete. Please bid only if you can provide a quick solution either by using the existing Mojo application or creating a new and fully functional C# library that handles the above functions along with basic call control methods. I will need the code, not just the compiled library files. I will use AVAYA AES platform to test and accept the results. Bidders please share any prior experiences on such projects and any other detail requests via PM.
