A Fun Project for the Right Developer

I have a client that needs a low-level software application that will automatically place votes on a specific website that accepts votes for ranking videos - currently there are other people on this particular website that also have similar software applications and my client wants one also. In addition - voting multiple times for a video either up or down is not against the rules - everybody else does it - and my client wants to be able to compete by having a software application that does something similiar. In other words, my client wants to fully automate the voting process for her submissions. Here's what my client wants: 1. the ability to submit any vote rating (1 - 5 stars) for any video at this particular website at the rate of at least 1 vote per second. In addition, my client should be able to specify how many votes this application should submit automatically. 2. this software application must also run transparently in the background with minimal intervention from my client. In addition, this application should have some error handling so as to keep the votes going if at all possible. 3. this application must also report how many times a particular vote was submitted for a particular video. This application would be real easy to do for the right developer - if you have prior experience with writing code that automatically scraps or retrieves data from websites, then this project is for you.
