We use Office 365 and we need an auto reply system. So when someone emails us with an enquiry we can trigger in the email system that after a certain amount of time a follow up email will automatically be sent. It would be good to have other options as well, like a choice of emails and almost for follow up email to not be sent if we receive an email from the customer. Please suggest your solution and the best one will be picked and you will ask be advised on setting it up.
