I have a house in Tampa, Florida. This house have a small warehouse in the backyard that I would like to turn in 2 mini-apartments (one of two rooms and other with a single one).
I need:
1. An architect in order to prepare the construction's planes.
2. A person or company in order to prepare an estimate of the work.
Would be great if I get someone that could do all so we can discuss prices and get the job done as soon as possible.
