A Contemporary style house design (with approx 5000 sft covered area) is required by a qualified Architect / Designer. The Architect /designer will submit a proposal in sketch or Cad format (whichever way you prefer) initially to freeze the design or amend if required. After that the Architect will submit a sketch for the exterior and will be frozen after discussion or amendments. The final submission will include rendered floor plans and 3D view. A highly innovative Architect is sought with brilliant design skills. Experience does not matter as the talent and innovation does not come with experience but are built in. You can be a student as long as your designs are extremely innovative and powerful. Please send details about your inspirations and favorite Architects. Please send your portfolio of House designs in PDF or Jpeg format only for the House Design projects you have done yourself (no other type of project to be included). Please do not bid if you have not designed any house and/or don't have any sample project of a house design project. The project does not need to be a built one, can be a concept, pencil sketch or your university work, I just need to see the design strength. Thanks
