Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable to service. Responsibilities and Duties Can work with UK shift - 2pm to 11pm No marketing , no sales Market survey only Required for market survey Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Inform customers about new features and functionalities Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications UK / US calling will be an advantage Experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar CS role Familiarity with our industry is a plus Understanding of how CRM systems work Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking abilities Patience when handling tough cases Benefits As per company policy Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
