Help with ICO projects

We are web developers and we need your help with creating ERC20 token (individual smart contract) for our two ICO projects. Then we need help with concept and implementation of a technical solution for the sale of tokens (simple process how to buy token, as few obstacles as possible without registration or without creating crypto wallets). Our customers are mainly lay people who don’t know what ICO and cryptocurrency are. That’s the reason why the don’t have own crypto wallet. We need automated sales, so payment will come to our wallet or bank account and we will send tokens from our crypto wallet either to the client's wallet, or the tokens will be sent to a our special wallet where they will wait until the client decides to transfer the tokens to their own wallet (they will only see their tokens in our application and will have the right to pick them up at any time, the goal is that they do not have to set up a wallet immediately, but only when they want to pick them up and sell them, for example). Alternatively, we welcome a proposal for your solution to resolve this. We would like to have it ready by the end of February.
