Low budget wordpress blog site

I have a blog website which looks rubbish at the moment. I have one already using wordpress, but it is not actually interesting. One which is able to take all the usual things on a blog site. - Design a banner for a wedding and event planner blogsite. - I need one which has a scrolling screen, with wedding related photos - with a working you tube screen showing wedding shows on the side - Spaces where I can sell spots to other wedding related businesses - I need it to have several links on the top which take people to lots of other places and links related ro weddings and event planning. - I also need some content for my site - a full blog/site - To have some e books for sale on site - linked to all the usual SEO - Google ad words - interesting addons to make the visitor stay and look for a long while - link the site to my wedding planner website. - able to link to twitter, facebook, etc - and any other things / tweeks and finishes which develops as we work on the site.
