I am seeking an experienced structural engineer to create the design and associated drawings for a modern G+2 Residential Building (RCC Column-beam structure) with a total built-up area of approximately 7000-8000 square feet. The project is located in India. List of deliverables: * Column and Beam Details: Layout plans indicating the location, size, and type of columns and beams for each floor. Detail drawings for column and beam reinforcement. * Foundation Plans: Detailing the type of foundation and their dimensions. Detail drawings for reinforcement. *Slab Details: Plans showing the layout of slabs on each floor. Reinforcement details for slabs, including bar sizes, spacing, and other specifications. *Staircase Details: Plans and sections for staircases, including dimensions and reinforcement details. *Additional Details: Details for connections between structural elements such as beams, columns, and slabs. Details for lintels over doors and windows, specifying materials and dimensions. Other details deemed necessary. *Material Specifications: Specifications for the type and quality of materials to be used in the construction. *Structural Analysis Report: Documentation of the structural analysis methods used, including software, assumptions, and results. Key Responsibilities include: * Developing a comprehensive structural design that adheres to safety standards and building regulations * Creating detailed drawings to guide the construction process * Collaborating closely with me to ensure the design meets requirements and expectations Ideal expertise should include: * A proven track record in structural design specifically for residential projects * Familiarity with the use of CAD, STAAD Pro and other design software * Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Please make sure to attach a complete sample set of drawings from your previous projects. This is mandatory. I will be sharing the architectural floor plans, 3d elevations and Soil report of the site with the chosen freelancer.
